It is absolutely vital that we understand the scope and nature of the job before starting any tasks. Therefore, we highly recommend a face to face or Online consultation in order to get a clear understanding of your business dealings and create an action plan. In this stage we will also explain you our fee structures and give you a quote.
If you agree to our fee proposal, we will provide you with a formal engagement letter. Once the engagement letter is signed, we will set up a Direct Debit arrangement. Our fees vary based on the nature and scope of the task. For a general guide to our fees, please visit the Fees page.
Now it’s time to get you on board. In this step, we will finalise our on boarding process and request you for documentations and access to your accounting and bookkeeping software. Where applicable, we will also contact your previous accountant requesting for all other supporting documents.
Here, we will process all your bookkeeping and accounting transactions. We will effectively communicate with you regarding any unknown transactions, queries and / or any other matters that may affect the job. The scope of each job will be outlined in our engagement letter.
After successfully processing all the transactions and solving any queries, we will go through with you regarding the final outcome and answer any questions you may have. We will send you the final documents for your review and request authorisation for lodgement.
We review the scope and terms of our engagement letter every six months. If necessary, a new engagement letter may be issued. The terms of engagement will be clearly outlined in the engagement letter. For more information, please refer to our general Terms & Conditions.
